Booking Process:
A reservation confirmation will se sent to the e-mail address you have provided. The confirmation letter will include our bank account number, to which a deposit must be paid, within 2 days upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail. Once the deposit payment has been received, your booking will be finalized.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge, if made up to 60 days prior to the booked arrival date. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, will be changed a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total reservation price.
Apartment(s) Occupancy:
Guests can occupy the apartments between the hours of 15:00 – 20:00. In the event of late arrivals, please let us know in advance! Apartments must be vacated no later than 10:00, on the day of departure.
Children & Extra Beds Policy:
Children of any age are welcome to stay at the property. Extra beds are available for an additional charge of 5,- EUR per person (adults and minors). Each apartment can accomodate up to 2 extra beds (1 pull-out couch). Extra beds and/or baby cots are available only upon request, and must be approved by management in advance.
Pets:
Pets are unfortunately not allowed on property premises. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Payment:
Accommodation fees and advance deposit amounts are given in EUR currency. Accommodation fee payments are made on-site, in either EUR and/or HUF currencies. Any payments made in the HUF currency, will be converted from its EUR value, using the central bank’s exchange rate valid on the date of payment. Any exchange rate difference between the advance deposit, and accommodation fee balances, will not be credited. We can only accept cash payments on-site.
